Ingredients
- 1,400 gr filet mignon tips
- 250 gr mushrooms
- 180 ml sour cream
- 160 ml cream (heavy)
- 120 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 34 gr butter (unsalted)
- 12 ml dijon mustard
- 9 gr dill (fresh)
- 7 gr flour
- 2 gr parsley (fresh)
Slice the beef into thin strips approx. 4 cm 5 cm in length. Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat and add the meat a few stripos at a time to sear the meat. Remove the meat from the heat and set aside. Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and melt the butter. Add the onion, saute', until soft
