- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lb veal (boneless)
- 1 c cream (heavy)
- 1 c boiling water
- 3 tablespoons table-spoons oil on top of a conventional surface uni
- 1/4 c flour
- 3 t vegetable oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 t parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 t sage
- some cayenne pepper
Stir occasionally. 10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
