• 2 qt casserole dish
• 3 c mashed potatoes
• 1/2 c peas
• 1/2 c carrots (diced cooked)
• 1/2 c celery (diced lightly cooked)
• 1 ts shortening
• 1 ts chili pepper
• 1 package beef gravy
