- 3 venison (ground cooked)
- 1 onion
- 2 qt casserole dish
- 3 c mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c peas
- 1/2 c carrots (diced cooked)
- 1/2 c celery (diced lightly cooked)
- 1 ts shortening
- 1 ts chili pepper
- 1 package beef gravy
for about 25 min or until lightly browned.
