Ingredients
- 1 flour
- 1 make zucchini milk
- 1 combine honey
- 3 c zucchini milk
- 1 c honey
- 1 c maple syrup
- 2 c unbleached flour (white)
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 c dates (chopped)
- 1 c walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cups wheat (whole)
- 1/2 c wheat germ
- 4 ts baking soda
- 1 ts sea salt
- 1 ts cinnamon
Spoon the mixture into 3 well oiled loaf tins and bake one hour or until done. Cool in pan 20 minutes before turning onto a rack.
