- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 c egg noodles
- 1 c nonfat yogurt (plain)
- 1 1/4 lb mushrooms (white)
- 1/2 cup juices fromthe vegetables
- 1/2 c sour cream (light)
- 2 tb canola oil
- 1 tb all purpose flour
- 1 tb sweet paprika
- 1 tb parsley
- some salt and pepper
heat, stirring. Do not boil. Serve immediately over noodles or rice and garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 6.
