Ingredients
- 50 crawfish
- 6 bay leaves
- 6 celery
- 4 onions
- 3 cayenne
- 3 lemons
- 3 oranges
- 2 ice cream salt
- 230 ml honey
- 100 gr liquid crab (boil)
- 5 ml lemon oil
Fill a 57 litre pot half full. Add all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil. Add crawfish. When it boils agains, time for 7 minutes. Remove from fire, add one bucket cold water. Let it soak for one hour.
