- 475 ml warm water
- 240 ml sour cream
- 65 gr flour
- 40 gr bacon grease
- 18 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
taken anywhere from 3 hours to dozen hours to rise so hang in there. This was the sourest sourdough I'd ever eaten but it was to die for. from Kylli
