- 60 ml orange juice
- 14 gr baking powder
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr vanilla
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 deg.Combine apples, quarter cup sugar and cinnamon,and set aside.In a large bowl combine flour,remaining sugar,baking powder and salt.Make a well in center of mixture and pour in oil,juice,eggs and vanilla.Blend well.Spoon one third of batter into greased and floured 25 cm tube pan.Arrange 1.5 cups of the apples in a ring on the batter.Repeat with layers of batter,apple and batter.Cover with topping swirling it in a bit..Bake 1 hour at 375 deg.and an additional 10 minutes at 350 deg. or til cake tests done.. ----
