Ingredients
- 1 egg (whole)
- 500 gr all-purpose flour sifted
- 300 gr sugar
- 110 gr margarine softened
- 110 gr margarine (cold)
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 80 ml milk
- 14 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- some apples
Mix first six ingredients till soft dough forms. Dump into greased jelly roll pan, With buttered hands spread till covers pan evenly. Peel and slice apples to cover dough. Use lots. For topping: mix remaining ingredients and crumble on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes.
