- 120 ml applesauce
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 20 gr quick oats
- 16 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 7 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr diet margarine
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr lemon rind
- 3 slices apples
: Mix the base mix in an 20 cm baking dish. Combine the topping mix and crumble over the apples. Bake 350, 35-40 minutes. Exchanges: half bread, half fat, -20ÂșC ruit, 35 calories.
