- 60 ml teriyaki sauce
- 60 ml olive oil
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- some oil
- some wine to deglaze the skillet
- some more
over steak and optionally flambe in cognac (Steak au Poivre Flambe). Serve with Parisienne potatoes and carrots.
