Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 475 ml milk
- 425 gr ham (cooked)
- 350 ml buttermilk baking mix
- 250 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 18 gr vegetable flakes (dried)
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 packages asparagus spears (frozen)
In two greased 23 cm pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half a nd pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 190ÂșC or 30 minutes o r until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
