Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr ghiradelli chocolate
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 85 gr flour
- 60 gr walnuts
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 180ºC degrees. Using a spoon, stir eggswith sugar and vanilla; add butter. Sift ground chocolatewith flour, baking powder, salt. Stir into egg mixture;add nuts. Spread into greased 8 or 23 cm square pan.
Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes. For extra chewybrownies, use 20 cm pan and less baking time. For cake-like brownies, use 23 cm pan and longer baking. Cut intosquares.
