Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pie shell unbaked
- 325 gr dark corn syrup
- 200 gr sugar
- 140 gr pecans coarsely (chopped)
- 28 gr butter melted
- 4 gr vanilla
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Beat eggs at medium speed til blended. Gradually add hot sugar mixture to eggs, beating constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 180ºC or 40 min.
