Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cake
- 1 pkg cake mix moist deluxe (yellow)
- 1 swirl
- 1 pkg chocolate chips (white)
- 220 ml baileys irish cream
- 80 ml oil
- 1 package cream cheese frosting vanilla creamy
Preheat oven to 350=A
1. Prepare a jelly roll pan (about 38 cm x 25 cm x1 inch). = Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish Cream and oil. Set aside half cup of prepared cake batter for swirl. Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients. Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter. Swirl with a fork to make a marble effect. Bake 25 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
