- 160 gr cake flour
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 100 gr confectioners sugar
- 80 gr strong coffee
- 65 gr vegetable shortening
- 60 ml boiling water
- 30 ml buttermilk
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 gr granulated sugar
- 8 gr sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr marsala
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
