Ingredients
- 240 gr liquid
- 70 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 34 gr noodles (frozen cooked)
- 28 gr butter
- 16 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package oysters
- 1 package mushrooms
Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water. Heat butter; add flour; stir until smooth. Add liquid and cook until thick. Add shredded cheese and melt. Add noodles, oysters and mushrooms to sauce. Blend well and put in a 1 litre casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 160ÂșC or 30 minutes.
