Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 190 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 120 gr quaker oats
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 gr mashed bananas
- 80 ml buttermilk
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 65 gr nutmeats (chopped)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml soda
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar into bowl. Stir in oats. Add remaining ingredients; stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into greased 8- half inch x 4- half inch x 2- half inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool thoroughly. Wrap cooled bread and store on day before slicing.
