Ingredients
- 4 pork blade steaks (cut)
- 120 ml bottled barbecue sauce
- 80 ml honey
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 2 ml prepared mustard
Pound steaks with meat mallet. For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remainin g ingredients; mix well. Place steaks on grill about 10 cm above medium-slow coals. Cook about 8 minu tes on each side. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce.
