Ingredients
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 260 gr pork
- 180 ml barbecue sauce
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 6 gr instant onion (minced)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package flaky biscuits
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef,drain. Stir in next five ingredients; heat until bubbly; pour into 2 litre casserole dish. cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut-side-down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
