- 1,800 gr beef
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 65 gr flour
- 65 gr salt and pepper
- 60 gr green onions (chopped)
- 60 ml dry wine (red)
- 12 gr tomato paste
- 8 gr flour
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package condensed beef broth
- 1 slice buttered noodles
