Ingredients
- 10 cans
- 120 ml olive oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 6 gr salt
- 5 ml wine vinegar
- 5 gr prepared horseradish
- 3 gr cayenne pepper (ground)
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr onion powder
- 2 packages beer
Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
