Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 bermuda onion (sliced)
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml olive oil
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Rinse and dry salmon with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Spread onion slices over salmon and let stand 1 hour. Discard onion. Arrange in broiling pan. Broil 8 cm from source of heat, turning once, until browned on both sides.
Serves 4.
