Ingredients
- 240 ml water
- 120 gr instant rice
- 110 gr broccoli (frozen chopped)
- 60 gr process american cheese (diced)
- 55 gr butter
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 26 gr celery (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice; cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Melt butter in skillet; saute' onion and celery until tender. In large mixing bowl, combine rice, celery, and onion with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1.5 qt. casserole. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour.
