Ingredients
- 2 baking (pan)
- 1,300 ml water
- 575 gr mochi rice
- 425 gr dark brown sugar
- 375 ml coconut milk
- 280 gr brown sugar
Reserving half cup coconut milk mixture, stir remainder into rice. Put into prepared pan. Pour the reserved half cup coconut milk mixture over rice. Bake for 20 minutes then broil for 5 minutes to brown top. Cool and cut into serving pieces. Makes 45 servings.
