- 1 black caviar
- 60 ml low fat yogurt (plain)
- 30 gr low cal
- 1 gr onion powder
Rinsed And Drained Combine Yogurt & Mayonnaise & Onion Powder in Small Bowl. Mix Well. Cover And Chill At Least One Hour. Arrange Tomato Halves On Lettuce Lined Plates And Top Each With 1 t. Yogurt Mixture & half t. Caviar. (Fat 1.7. Chol 15.)
