Ingredients
- 1/2 egg
- 375 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr black walnut flavoring
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture. Add flavorings. Mix thoroughly. Form into rolls 4 cm in diameter. Chill overnight. Cut in thin slices. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (410 F) about 10 minutes. 48 servings. ----
