Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 semi
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml milk
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 65 gr shortening
- 7 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 180ºC . Place all ingredients in blelnder container in order listed. Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, 45 seconds.(Batter will be slightly lumpy). Pour into paper lined medium muffin cups, 2.5x 1.25 in., filling each two third full. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Immediately remove from pan; cool completely.
