Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 38 gr sugar
- 16 gr thinly almonds (sliced)
- 16 gr rum
- 2 slices apples
- 2 slices oranges
- 2 slices bananas (peeled)
- 1 package mandarin oranges
Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until very stiff. Arrange all the fruits and the almonds into 4 ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle the rum over each dish and heap the eggwhite mixture ontop of the fruit. Broil for a couple of minutes until the eggwhite/meringue is firm.
