Ingredients
- 2 big bunches
- 1/2 mayo (light)
- 1/2 lignt sour cream
- 425 gr broccoli
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 230 gr bacon
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 100 gr sugar
- 60 ml vinegar
Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and set aside. Cutbroccoli into florets and combine in large bowl with cheese andbacon. Toss with mayonnaise dressing. Cover and chill overnightbefore serving.
