Ingredients
- 1 vegetable cooking spray
- 350 gr brown rice (cooked)
- 280 gr chicken breast cubed (cooked halves)
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 40 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr black pepper gro
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr tarragon (dried)
- 1 package green peas (frozen)
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 litre baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 15 to 20 minutes.
