- 2 bisquick baking mix
- 1 egg
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 75 gr margarine
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 50 gr granulated sugar
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
FROM THE KITCHEN OF: Gary & Margie Hartford [Eugene, Oregon] Heat oven to 180ºC . Beat sugars, margarine, egg vanilla, allspice and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Stir in baking mix and nuts. Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, dozen to 15 minutes. immediately remove from cookie sheet. About 3.5 dozen cookies. NOTE: high altitude directions (3500 to 3590ºC t), Decrease baking mix to 1.5 cups and add half cup all purpose flour.
