- 2 pie tins
- 1 brownie mix
- 7/8 bourbon
- 700 ml cream (heavy)
- 240 ml cream
- 150 gr sugar
- 60 ml water (cold)
chill 4 hours. Top with remaining cream whipped with a pinch of salt & sugar to taste.Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top. ----
