Ingredients

- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 cans beans (red)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tbls chile powder
- 900 gr beef (lean ground)
- 60 ml wine (white)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package tomato sauce
Brown the meat along with the onion and garlic. Drain off the fat. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp Cheddar and crushed red pepper flakes alongside. ~~~ Chester Foster
