Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 300 gr chocolate chips
- 240 ml water
- 200 gr confectioners sugar
- 120 ml oil
- 40 gr rum
- 26 ml water
- 22 gr corn syrup
- 14 gr margarine
- 12 gr cocoa
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 package devils food cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
Preheat oven to 180ºC Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased, floured 25 cm tube pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Do not remove from pan until ready to glaze. Cajun Pound Cake Glaze: Cook all ingredients except the sugar until the margarine is melted. Add the sugar and glaze the cake. ----
