Ingredients
- 4 eggs via your favorite
- 3 baby food carrots
- 400 gr sugar
- 350 ml babyfood applesauce
- 350 ml strained fat-free yogurt
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml applesauce
- 120 ml fat-free yogurt
- 9 gr baking soda
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
(strain 24 hours to get a Nice cream cheese Consistancy) x Enough honey to get the Right texture x A little vanilla Mix the frosting with an electric mixer) For the cake: Mix everything together and pour into a jelly-roll pan or other large baking pan (10 by 30 cm I think) Bake at 180ºC or about 35 minutes. Frost when completely cool. Everyone loves this cake. I think I'll go and make some right now! It's making me hungry just thinking about it!
