Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 325 gr rice flour
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 170 gr raisins
- 130 gr carrots (shredded)
- 120 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 110 gr margarine
- 30 ml molasses
- 4 gr alcohol free vanilla
- 3 gr allspice
- 2 gr baking powder
Cream sugar and margarine in large bowl. Add carrots, raisins, egg, applesauce, molasses and vanilla; mix well. Measure flour, allspice and baking powder into same bowl; slowly stir flour mixture into other ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 5 cm apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake in 180ÂșC . oven 10 to dozen minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet while still warm.
