Ingredients
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 300 ml milk
- 230 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 170 gr ham (chopped)
- 18 gr pimiento (chopped)
- 16 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package buttermilk flaky biscuits
Heat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of 23 cm pie pan with biscuits; press together to seal. Combine cheese and flour. Add eggs, milk, ham, pimiento and seasoning. Mix well. Pour into biscuit shell and bake for 50-55
