Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 maraschino cherries well
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 170 gr butter
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 40 gr flaked coconut
- 30 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda, gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cherries, pecans and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 190ºC or 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
