Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 2 baking (pan)
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 75 gr butter
- 60 ml milk
- 7 gr baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
cored and thinly sliced, 0.75 cup of the sugar, quarter cup of the flour and the cinnamon in large bowl; toss together. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Combine remaining 1 cup flour, remaining quarter cup sugar, baking powder and cheese in large bowl; toss together to combine. Add butter and milk, stirring until just combined. Spoon cheese mixture over apple mixture in pan. Bake at 200ÂșC or 30-35 minutes or until topping is crisp and golden and apples are tender. Serve warm. ----
