- 24 gr ricotta cheese
- 16 gr egg substitute
- 16 ml cream cheese
- 2 gr sugar
- 2 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cornstarch
- 2 slices bread (sliced)
lightly toasted Preheat toaster oven to 180ºC . In small bowl combine all ingredients except bread. Set bread on toaster-oven tray; spread half of the cheese mixture on each slice on bread.
