Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml sour cream
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 ml cream cheese
- 16 gr sugar
- 9 gr vanilla
- 2 ml lemon juice
Dash vanilla Dash lemon juice Contributed to the echo by: Joann Pierce Cheesecake Divine Beat well and pour into graham crust. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. Chill for at least 5 hours. Serve with crushed berries if desired.
