Ingredients
- 1/4 lemon zest
- 250 gr pineapple
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 120 gr walnuts
- 120 ml sour cream
- 2 ml lemon juice
Cream the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer. Blend in the sour cream. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2.75 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Vanilla Wafers, Chicken, Pears, Strawberries
