Ingredients
- 3 cauliflower in (cut pieces)
- 2 eggs (hard cooked chopped optional)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 475 ml milk
- 120 gr american cheese cubed
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 95 gr cheese crackers (crushed)
- 55 gr butter melted
- 24 gr flour
- 18 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 16 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Layer cauliflower, pimento, green pepper, water chestnuts, eggs, onion and cheese in 2.5 quart casserole. Make sauce by melting butter and stirring in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add milk gradually. Add cheese and cook until thickened. Pour over vegetables. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over all. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes. Yield dozen servings.
