Ingredients
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 pie crust
- 180 ml milk
- 180 ml mayonnaise
- 140 gr chicken (chopped)
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 16 gr spinach (cooked)
- 1 gr pepper
In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheese, spinach and onion. Spoon mixture into pastry shell. Stir together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and pepper until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350� for 45 50 minutes.
