Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (whole)
- 1 carrot
- 95 gr snow peas (fresh)
- 80 ml kikkoman stir-fry sauce
- 50 gr angel hair pasta
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 ml kikkoman stir-fry sauce
- 16 ml stir-fry sauce
- 6 gr sesame seed
- 1 gr salt
and drain thoroughly. Combine one third cup stir-fry sauce and 3 Tablespoon. water; set aside. Heat 1 Tablespoon. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove. Heat remaining oil in same pan. Add peas and carrot; sprinkle with salt. Stir-fry 4 minutes. Add sauce mixture, chicken, pasta and sesame seed. Cook, stirring, until all ingredients are coated with sauce and pasta is heated through.
