Ingredients
- 1/2 bamboo shoots
- 375 gr zucchini
- 210 gr chicken meat (sliced)
- 180 gr zucchini
- 180 ml water
- 45 ml oil
- 30 ml soya sauce
- 16 ml wine
- 8 gr sugar
- 8 gr sugar
Cook on medium high heat for 7.5 minutes. Zucchini should be very tender by this time, liquid in wok should have been absorbed by vegetables and reduced to very little in the wok. Pour into serving dish. NOTE: Pork can be substituted for chicken, but cooked longer.
