Ingredients
- 9 springform (pan)
- 3 eggs
- 1 whipped cream
- 1/2 from the top
- 700 ml cream cheese
- 350 gr semi-sweet chocolate (pieces)
- 270 gr chocolate wafer
- 240 ml sour cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 75 gr butter
- 26 gr sugar
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
eggs and sugar until light. Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Blend in melted chocolate, vanilla, salt and sour cream thoroughly. Pour batter into crumb crust. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour, until cheesecake is just firm when pan is jiggled slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. If desired, top with whipped cream when served.
