Ingredients
- 1 powdered sugar
- 575 gr flour
- 425 gr butter
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate (pieces)
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Cream butter and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix to blend. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pinch off pieces of dough.
Roll into 3 cm balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
