- 150 gr mashed bananas
- 120 ml skim milk soured
- 120 ml water
- 10 gr egg replacer
- 9 gr vanilla
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
- some at lower altitude
- some refrigerate the remainder of the dough until the next week
